You will always have a space on Sunday right in front of the church! Spaces are reserved through the end of the second Sunday morning service, so there is no restriction on arrival time.

Delicious, delicious waffles delivered right to your door! Winner will receive a dozen yeasted waffles, fresh off the iron or frozen for later use. These homemade treats are perfect for popping in the toaster on days you don't feel like working for your breakfast. (If you live near church, they might even arrive warm!)

We live near the airport in Gahanna. Drive to our house, and let us drop you off and pick you up from the airport. Your car stays safe in our driveway. Date and time will be decided with the buyer with reasonable advance notice. Save on taxi fare or parking! Expires on February 1, 2023.

We attended a learning vacation at the Churchill Northern Studies Centre in Churchill, Manitoba, Canada focusing on polars bears, human conflict, and climate change. We would like to share what we learned in our presentation which will be part informative and part slideshow. This event is for anyone who loves polar bears and/or is interested in climate change in the Canadian Arctic. Presentation will be in Beach Hall at First UU, and we will have cookies and hot beverages after the presentation.

There is a full moon on September 10, which also happens to be our 45th wedding anniversary. Help us celebrate by watching the movie "Moonstruck." This 1987 romantic comedy, starring Cher and Nicholas Cage, tells the tale of three generations of an Italian-American family and their adventures and misadventures in love. If you haven't seen this movie, you need to see it. If you saw it a long time ago, you need to see it again. It never gets old!
We'll accompany the movie with Italian wine and snacks/hors d'oeuvres.

There is really no way to hold this event outside, so if Covid is still with us, we'll reschedule, hopefully at the next full moon. We ask that attendees be vaccinated.
