This original Teresa Turner (previously Tovey) leather sculpture was previously donated by Candee and Dan Rothert. The sculpture is of delicate yellow flowers springing up from a bed of dry leaves. Teresa's art pieces have won numerous awards, including best of show at the Castle Arts Affair in Delaware, Ohio.

A53 "Malefico", Ayaso, Manuel (Spanish 1934-)

Etching on paper numbered 3/20, signed in pencil "Ayaso '65"

Sculptor born in Riviera, Spain in 1934, studied at Newark School of Fine and Industrial Arts. He has exhibited in the International Watercolor Biennial and American Painting and Sculpture at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. He has won the Tiffany Foundation Scolar in Painting, a Ford Foundation Purchase Prize, and the Childe Hassam fund purchase prize.
