MM10 Japanese Sukiyaki Dinner
Invalid Image Link

A popular one-pot dish from post Meiji era Japan, our version of sukiyaki offers a little taste of the Far East without having to sit on the floor to enjoy it. You may find the use of chopsticks, although optional, makes this delightful treat a bit more adventuresome. Assorted vegetables and thinly sliced beef (usually artfully arranged on a platter) are cooked by each individual in a common pot of fish-based broth in the center of the table.
