Smoked Pork BBQ Feast (Serves 10-14) |

This is a traditional BBQ pulled pork feast. Starting with our secret dry rub (Big Daddy's Butt Rub), we hardwood smoke an 8 lb. bone-in, pork butt, for 8 hours. Once delectably tender, the pork is hand pulled apart. This scrumptious BBQ delight has two homemade BBQ sauces. Side dishes include baked beans, collard greens, coleslaw, corn-on-the-cob, corn bread, and buns for making sandwiches. All food will be prepared off-site and delivered to the location of your choice ready to eat in reusable/recyclable foil containers. Some menu accommodations may be made for dietary preferences but this really is about meat. This is NOT a fully catered event. The purchaser is responsible for plates, utensils, beverages, ice, etc. Purchaser is also responsible for CLEAN UP. Black out dates are Memorial Day weekend, July 3rd - 6th, August 1st - Dec 31st. |
