Welcome!

Our auction is an important fundraising event for the church (and will be a fun party), but it is also a great way to bring people together. Do you have a special talent or skill or a new and unique item to donate? Can you host a dinner? Does this sound like a fun project to be involved in? Then you've come to the right place!
Yikes! The auction is only -5107 days away, so it's too late for changes to your items to get in the printed catalog, but please make corrections anyway - they will still appear on statements and bid sheets.
The Catalog is Ready and Online! A table copy is available at the auction table after church services. Use it or download your own copy to plan your bidding strategy. We'll have some available at the auction too - Please share with a friend.

Donate items & events

You can drop off most items for the silent auction at Carol MacAllister's house any evening between October 24 and October 30. Be sure to call first! Large items cannot be stored and will stay with the donor for buyer pickup.

November 6 2010 Auction Details

Doors open at 2:30 pm, Silent Auction 3:00 - 4:00, Entertainment 4:00 - 4:30,Live Auction 4:30 - 7:00. Refreshments available from 3:00 - 5:00.
Tickets purchased prior to 11/1 - $5; 11/1 and after - $10. Free admission for kids under 14. Childcare is available.

 This dramatic oil painting was a year in the making and is the result of a sermon given by our Ernie Mills about the Cosmos and his siting Carl Sagan's Book. Lory read the book and this is her interpretation of what it might have looked like one second after the moment of the Big Bang! This is newly completed so will need another year of drying before it can be varnished. This is a gallery wrapped canvas, 30x24x1.5"
