Welcome!

Our auction is an important fundraising event for the church (and will be a fun party), but it is also a great way to bring people together. Do you have a special talent or skill or a new and unique item to donate? Can you host a dinner? Does this sound like a fun project to be involved in? Then you've come to the right place!
Yikes! The auction is only -5107 days away, so it's too late for changes to your items to get in the printed catalog, but please make corrections anyway - they will still appear on statements and bid sheets.
The Catalog is Ready and Online! A table copy is available at the auction table after church services. Use it or download your own copy to plan your bidding strategy. We'll have some available at the auction too - Please share with a friend.

Donate items & events

You can drop off most items for the silent auction at Carol MacAllister's house any evening between October 24 and October 30. Be sure to call first! Large items cannot be stored and will stay with the donor for buyer pickup.

November 6 2010 Auction Details

Doors open at 2:30 pm, Silent Auction 3:00 - 4:00, Entertainment 4:00 - 4:30,Live Auction 4:30 - 7:00. Refreshments available from 3:00 - 5:00.
Tickets purchased prior to 11/1 - $5; 11/1 and after - $10. Free admission for kids under 14. Childcare is available.

 Date to be determined by participants and hosts. Most likely in the Spring of 2011. The menu will be a surprise but knowing Ann Rabb's culinary skill, this is sure to be a fabulous experience! There will be plenty of veggie dishes for those vegetarians among us. Price is for entire dinner for 8 people. You are bidding for the entire dinner for 8, so here is your chance to treat youself and 6-7 of your best friends to dinner and you don't have to do the cooking....or clean-up! Or team up with 3 other couples to win this unique offering.
